Once Ignite had moved past all the trials and reached the final weeks in which to prepare for the actual presentation, it became clear our team had evolved to the point where our previous manifesto (Sparking Imagination. Connecting dots. Igniting ideas.) didn't represent us anymore. It was decided that I would come up with a final manifesto different to our previous ones to reflect that.

I tried to gather as much information as I could on what everyone in our group wanted it to be, and I additionally researched into the manifestos of other companies to draw inspiration.

After I had gathered the opinions of the team and done enough research, I began to think of some ideas. It needed to be formal, professional, a few sentences long rather than our previous ones which had been more akin to a slogan, and draw attention to our focus on user engagement, and our user-oriented design.

What I settled on was "We aim to provide solutions that people want to use, not just ones that they need. We work from the ground up to build these solutions, with the user experience at the forefront of our design process. We design for fluid use and practicality, for everyone, not just a singular narrow focus." I then checked to make sure everyone was happy with it. They were for the most part, with the only change suggested, which we ended up implementing, was replacing "people" with "our clients". After that, it was finished.
